To celebrate its grand opening, Roseshire Gaming Parlor, which has welcomed more than 30,000 guests since its opening, has contributed $15,000 through its Rosie’s Gives Back program to support trusted community partners in Henrico providing support services for Virginians with autism and healthcare services to those in need.

In the third quarter of 2025, Rosie’s Emporia contributed a total of $22,460.87 through its Rosie’s Gives Back program to support trusted community partners serving public safety, child development, education, mental health and overall wellbeing, and general community outreach.

Churchill Downs Incorporated (“CDI” or the “Company”) (Nasdaq: CHDN) today announced the promotion of Michael Meagher to Senior Vice President of Gaming Operations, effective November 3, 2025. Meagher succeeds Maureen Adams, whose retirement was announced earlier this year. He will oversee operations at all gaming and HRM locations throughout the CDI portfolio, along with corporate gaming functions, including analytics, marketing and product performance. Meagher will report directly to Bill Mudd, President and Chief Operating Officer of CDI.

Slated to open in early 2026, Marshall Yards will be CDI’s eighth historical horse racing entertainment venue in Kentucky. The 4.5-acre site will offer 240 state-of-the-art historical racing machines, a vibrant sports bar, a retail sportsbook, simulcast wagering and curated food and beverage offerings. The venue will operate as an annex of Oak Grove Racing, Gaming & Hotel, but its identity will be deeply rooted in the local landscape.
