Roseshire Gaming Parlor Supports Richmond Community Through Volunteer Efforts
RICHMOND, Va. (July 7, 2026) — Roseshire Gaming Parlor recently supported several community organizations through a series of volunteer efforts focused on helping families, fighting food insecurity and promoting environmental education.
On March 12, 2026, Roseshire team members volunteered at the Ronald McDonald House, preparing more than 60 sandwiches and providing pasta salad and snacks for more than 40 families. Extra items were delivered to families at the Children’s Hospital, helping extend the team’s support to even more people in need.
Roseshire team members continued their community efforts on April 2, 2026, by volunteering with Feed More, where they packed small and large food bags to help support individuals and families facing hunger in the Richmond area.
On April 18, 2026, Roseshire team members also volunteered at the Science Museum of Virginia on behalf of the Chesapeake Bay Foundation. During the event, team members helped teach visitors about preserving the Chesapeake Bay and protecting its oyster population. One fun fact shared with guests: one adult oyster can filter up to 50 gallons of water per day.
Together, these efforts reflect Roseshire Gaming Parlor’s commitment to serving the Richmond community and supporting meaningful causes through hands-on volunteerism.
Roseshire Gaming Parlor and Rosie’s Gaming Emporiums around Virginia contribute to local organizations and causes through the “Rosie’s Gives Back” program, which has made more than $5.4 million in direct donations and in-kind contributions and donated thousands of hours of volunteer service. The program supports a range of nonprofits and causes around Virginia, including groups providing services in education, workforce development, healthcare, and support for veterans and law enforcement. The goal of the Rosie’s Gives Back program is to meaningfully improve the quality of life in the communities where team members live and work. The company also partners with statewide programs for the broadest impact possible.
