NEW YORK, Ny. (Tuesday, April 19, 2022) Churchill Downs Incorporated (Nasdaq: CHDN), an industry-leading racing, online wagering and gaming entertainment company anchored by the iconic Kentucky Derby, rang the Nasdaq Opening Bell remotely from across the country today. William C. Carstanjen, Chief Executive Officer, rang the Opening Bell alongside the company’s team in a virtual bell ringing ceremony.

Market open and close ceremonies take place daily at the Nasdaq MarketSite Studio in Times Square and around the globe.
