Churchill Downs Hosts Louisville Kings Fan Rally at Ford First Turn Club

LOUISVILLE, Ky., (February 3, 2025)— On Saturday, January 31, the Kings, Louisville’s new United Football League team, hosted their Fan Rally at Churchill Downs’ Ford First Turn Club.

Hundreds of people attended the event, which featured a meet-and-greet with Coach Chris Redman and Kings Players. Guests enjoyed a DJ, balloon artist, photo booth and giveaways, creating a true party atmosphere in celebration of professional football coming to Louisville.

Churchill Downs was honored to host this important community event and is excited to welcome the Louisville Kings to the community!

Nonprofit Organizations Submission for 2026 ‘Winsday’ Now Open

Submissions are now open for local charitable organizations to participate in “Winsday” presented by Resolute Racing on Wednesday, April 29, part of Kentucky Derby Week at Churchill Downs.

In partnership with the Community Foundation of Louisville, “Winsday: Great Thrills for the Greater Good” will continue to be a special day dedicated to supporting local nonprofit organizations. 

Up to 50 area nonprofit organizations are invited to join the Winsday celebration. By participating, organizations have a unique opportunity to fundraise, unlock cash prizes, network with community partners and amplify its mission to a wider audience – all at no cost.
