Churchill Downs Hosts 2025 Winner’s Circle Governor’s Scholars for Annual Celebration

LOUISVILLE, Ky., (November 21, 2025) – Churchill Downs Racetrack welcomed this year’s class of Winner’s Circle Scholars, bringing together Louisville-area students who participated in the 2025 Governor’s Scholars Program. Scholars and their families gathered in the Starting Gate Suites for an afternoon, recognizing their achievements and the longstanding partnership between Churchill Downs and GSP.

Guests enjoyed a day at the races, time to reconnect with fellow scholars and recognition from Churchill Downs leadership and local officials. Now in its 25th year, the Winner’s Circle event continues our commitment to supporting Kentucky’s future leaders and celebrating the academic excellence of students across the Commonwealth.
