Churchill Downs Incorporated Names Andrew Goldstone Vice President of Start-Up & Integration

LOUISVILLE, KY., (February 19, 2024– Churchill Downs Incorporated (CDI) announced today the promotion of Andrew Goldstone to Vice President of Start-Up & Integration on the Corporate Gaming Operations Team in Louisville, KY. Goldstone most recently served as the Sr. Director of Start-Up & Integration since joining the team at CDI in February 2023.

Goldstone has amassed over 25 years of gaming experience through roles in operations, compliance, revenue management and business strategy. In his new role, Goldstone will continue to plan and oversee all start-up efforts for new CDI casino and historical horse racing property openings. He will continue working directly with Real Estate Development, Operations, and IT, scheduling dates for key milestones and anticipating roadblocks before they occur.

Goldstone was instrumental in the opening of Derby City Gaming Downtown and continues to be a key leader in the pre-opening phases of Terre Haute Casino Resort, The Rose Gaming Resort and Owensboro Racing & Gaming.

Prior to joining CDI, Goldstone held leadership and executive level strategy positions with Isle of Capri Casinos, Inc. and Gold Recruiting Partners. He holds a bachelors degree in Business Administration from Washington University – St. Louis.

Goldstone’s promotion is effective immediately.
