Today, the Virginia Racing Commission voted unanimously to grant a license to Roseshire, a new upscale gaming and entertainment venue in Henrico County from Churchill Downs Incorporated. Roseshire is scheduled to open on September 29, 2025, in the Staples Mill Shopping Center at the intersection of Staples Mill Road and Glenside Drive.
