Churchill Downs Incorporated Appoints Konstantin Makarov as Senior Advisor for Global Markets

Louisville, KY., (September 12, 2025) – Churchill Downs Incorporated (“CDI” or “the Company”) (Nasdaq: CHDN) announced today the appointment of Konstantin Makarov to the newly created role of Senior Advisor, Global Markets. In this executive position, Makarov will report directly to the President and Chief Operating Officer, Bill Mudd and will be responsible for advising on CDI’s international expansion strategy across all global markets, with an initial focus on the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) region.

Makarov brings extensive experience in building strategic partnerships and fostering growth in dynamic international markets. His expertise will contribute significantly as CDI explores investment, acquisition, and partnership opportunities to expand the Company’s global footprint.
