TrackNet Media Group Names Jack Jeziorski Vice President of Wagering Integrity and Compliance

TrackNet Media Group, LLC (“TrackNet”) has named Jack Jeziorski as vice president of wagering integrity and compliance. Jeziorski, an experienced trial attorney with a background in white-collar criminal investigation and litigation, assumed his duties on Nov. 5 and reports directly to TrackNet Chief Executive Officer Scott Daruty.

In his new position, Jeziorski will oversee all wagering integrity and compliance issues related to the sale of TrackNet horse racing content to third parties, including racetracks and off-track betting facilities, casinos, account-wagering platforms and wagering outlets that offer rebates. This function was previously managed by Daruty. Jeziorski, a native of Louisville, Ky., most recently served as a partner with Stites & Harbison PLLC, where he specialized in white-collar criminal investigation and litigation, compliance matters, and business litigation.

“Ensuring the security and integrity of wagers placed on TrackNet horse racing content is our highest priority,” said Daruty, “and we are excited to add an individual of Jack’s caliber to our management team. Our due diligence and compliance process for current and potential clients is rigorous, and Jack brings to this process a skill set and experience that will help TrackNet maintain the highest possible standards for security and compliance.”
